Over the last few weeks we’ve been building up to this - my MINDFUL TM process!
When I work with clients one-to-one, our first call deep dives into how this works and creates a personalised plan for them. Then each week, we review it and make adjustments for the week ahead.
It’s this process (sitting down once a week, or even once a month, to plan out how to be mindful) that makes a massive difference to their progress.
Just like you’d get a lot fitter, a lot faster, if you had a training plan, you’ll become more mindful more quickly if you have a process to follow.
My suggestion is that you do this once a week, or if that feels too much, once a month.
Today we’re doing an overview of the seven steps, and then in the following weeks we’ll look at each one in detail.
