You’re a hard-working professional who keeps waiting for work to “get quieter next month”.
You know something’s got to give, but keeping on top of your emails in the evening is the only thing keeping the work day manageable.

And she loves being given a new client to work with, something to get her teeth stuck into - the way you did when you started this job, before you got too busy.
Fact check coming in for you: people aren’t born super productive, calm and with a positive but healthy mindset.
They learn to be that way.
And even if they’re doing it subconsciously, they’re applying some or all of my 5 SOAR (Switch-Off And Relax) principles.
