If you’re here, I know you believe mindfulness can help you get the most out of your life and I’m honoured to help you do that.
When I’m recording MOMENTUM, I regularly think how great it would be if you had the basic framework for mindful living that I teach my clients.
Things like
How do I train my brain to focus on the present moment every day?
Do I REALLY need to meditate every day? And how do I even do that?
How do I stay mindful when life is so busy?!
It’s all stuff that underpins everything we’ve already covered in MOMENTUM and will make other principles SO MUCH EASIER to apply.
So that’s what we’re doing for the next 3 months.
I used to run an online programme on mindful living.
As I was listening to the videos in the course as inspiration for MOMENTUM, I thought “why re-create the wheel?”.
I’ve had such great feedback on these videos, including “I’ve never finished a course before and yet everyone one of these videos followed logically from the next and answered all my questions”.
So I’ve broken down the content into weekly playlists roughly 15 minutes long each.

I LOVE my MINDFUL TM process. Even though it’s 7-steps, it can take just 10 minutes a week to complete, plus time to meditate each day (if you choose to do that). That’s it.
This month
This month, we’re forming a solid base for the MINDFUL process. Starting with “what is mindfulness?” today. Because you can’t implement something in your life if you don’t fully understand what it is.
