Why meditate and live mindfully?
How I meditated daily for 2 years, even though I didn't notice a difference in my life

The playlist I’m sharing today is what kept me meditating almost every day for 2 years, even though I wasn’t seeing much difference in my life.
See I’d spent a LONG time reading scientific literature on meditation and mindfulness and the benefits they had.
So I pig-headedly kept meditating, even though I wasn’t see much change myself 😅 I just knew that at some point I’d crack it and I’d experience the benefits I’d read about.
I now know that for some people (like me!), meditating alone isn’t enough. You need to actually practise the skill of mindfulness and mindful living. And when you do that, you can notice a difference preeeeetty quickly (often within days or weeks) - but we’ll get to that.
Today, we’re looking at aaaaaall the science behind why you should meditate and live mindfully - because once you know this, it’s hard not to dedicate the time to it.
