Hi Susan, it's wonderful to hear you spreading the word about how much mindfulness can help. Of course talk to people about it; you can use mindfulness in general to help ie. Speak honestly and without judgement or assumptions. So that might look like stating that you're not an expert and also not assuming they want to talk about it! You're very welcome to share concepts like the glasses analogy if you think that will help, I just ask you credit me with the analogy (and of course you're very welcome to direct people to the podcast!).

1: Realised that I am currently in a cycle of constantly checking everything in a new element of my role. Even though I thought my confidence was growing, it is because I am still using a crutch

2: I need to just ask myself, why am I getting this checked? Is it fact based or feeling based? Trust will only come from trying without the crutch with small steps and building up

3: If I notice filters in others (I have a supporting role and am now noticing low confidence filters) can I talk to people about this concept in a basic way to try to help them too? I am mindful that I am certainly no expert but feel I would like to try to help in this small way
