1: Listening to this has made me realise that I am already starting to overcome these imposter feelings in my mindful practice so another good reason to keep going. It feels good to be honest with myself.

2: I will remember to reflect on my successes just as much as any mistakes honestly to continue self development where needed without the “it’s just because” narratives.

3: Just an observation today. I have actually started noticing when others are wearing filters and judgements and I have been able to highlight this and ask them to consider other perspectives. This has had some amazing impacts!

Thanks for all you do 😊

SO lovely to read this Susan, both the aspect on reflecting more kindly and honestly on your successes and sharing the love of mindfulness with others 🥰 Now you've started noticing those judgements, you'll see them everywhere and it's pretty mind-blowing! x

I am going to notice where I did well- like with today’s dental

3. I remembered to give accurate but very positive feedback back to two more junior staff members today. It was such a positive exchange. They were really grateful, but I was also reminded that they valued me and respected my opinion. I must do it more

Thanks for sharing Rachel, this is lovely to read; it's so simple to pause and acknowledge where we do well, but so often we forget to do this. I'm glad this has prompted you to do that and I really hope you keep doing it! X
