You LOVE Christmas. The lights, the music, the food, the magic—it's your favourite time of year.
But let’s be honest…sometimes it feels like the pressure to make it perfect is taking away some of the joy.
You’re the one who makes the magic happen - organising trips to the Christmas markets, making a Christmas cake, decorating the house, wrapping the gifts. You do it because you love Christmas.
But somewhere along the way, it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming.
You find yourself rushing through the wrapping, worrying about the food, or stressing about whether you’ve ticked everything off your to-do list.
You’re so busy trying to make Christmas special that ironically it ends up feels more stressful 😭
Sound familiar?
Let’s do something about it.
What if the people who seem to glide through Christmas with a smile on their face and a mulled wine in hand aren’t that different to you?
You know the ones.
They don’t panic when the gravy turns out lumpy or stress over mismatched wrapping paper. They laugh, they adapt, and they somehow still make it all look easy.
I used to think those people just didn’t care as much as me.
They felt like aliens to be honest 😅 (I mean HOW CAN YOU LAUGH when you have one minute to save the gravy?!).
But really, they’ve just approaching things differently - and just like you can learn to think in a different language, you can learn to think in a different way about Christmas too.
And if I can learn how, when I used to be so bad I got upset over Christmas stamps, you can too 😉
Introducing “When you love Christmas but the pressure is real” mini course
For you if: you want to know what those people *points wildly at the examples above* are doing differently so you can enjoy more of Christmas without needing to juggle 10 balls to make it all happen.
In 5 short podcast episodes, I’ll teach you the 5 key skills of people who enjoy Christmas while keeping their standards high.
🎧 Each episode is just 10–15 minutes long, so you can listen while you’re wrapping presents, driving to the shops, or sneaking a mince pie.
You’ll learn how to:
🎁 Savour the magic of Christmas
🎁 Keep stress at bay without lowering your standards.
🎁 Handle setbacks and enjoy the season even when things don’t go to plan.
Each episode you’ll get to ask questions on how to make it work for you.

Got questions? Or worries? I’ve got answers
How do I listen the podcast?
Every Monday you’ll be emailed a new podcast episode. Just hit play on the recording in the email.
Why are they released once a week?
So you have time to listen to an episode and then practise before the next episode.
I’ve already missed the first episode! Now what?!
No problem - when you sign up, you’ll be sent to a page with all past MOMENTUM recordings. Just click on the episode/s you missed and away you go.
I don’t have time for this right now!
You only need 10-15 minutes a week to listen to the recording. All new skills are about changing the way you approach something - so you don’t need to find time to implement them. It’s like speaking in English rather than German; you still go about your day in the same way, just in a different language.
Can I really change my mindset on this in four weeks?!
This mini-course is a taster of how mindful living can change your life.
It’s like having a starter in a restaurant - it can taste good, make your mouth water and it can help with some of your hunger, but you may want to order more!
You’ll get strategies you can implement straight away to enjoy more of Christmas, to manage the stressful times and to let go of some perfection. So yes, you can notice a difference in just four weeks, but yes there will (always!) be more to learn.
How does MOMENTUM work?
It’s a monthly membership for people who want to enjoy more of life with mindfulness. Each month we focus on a different theme; things like “how to enjoy work even when it’s stressful” and “managing a big to-do list”. Each Monday morning, you’re emailed a new episode on the theme (just like for this mini-course!) and are invited to reflect and ask questions in the comments.
It’s just £7.50 a month for 4-5 episodes (depending on how many Mondays in the month) and you can cancel at any time. When you join, you get access to all past episodes - so you can join and binge it all if you want!
What about EFT? How does that fit in?
This course is about mindfulness principles in day-to-day life.
EFT is about removing the mental chatter that makes it difficult to apply these principles.
I’m currently offering a 60-minute EFT session for people interested in changing the voice in their head that stops them enjoying Christmas, for just £27.50. In exchange for the low price, I’m asking for a short testimonial.
