Mindfulness won’t fix everything - but assuming you’re in a job that you like, at least theoretically, (if not why are you there?), it can help you wake up in the morning excited for the day ahead, and bring the stress to a level that feels good (not sure what I mean by “good stress"? I’m sure you’ve felt it - read this.)
And most importantly, when I teach you to live mindfully, it’ll mean you trust yourself.
Because honestly, everything you find hard, is down to the fact you don’t currently trust yourself.
