So after 5 BIG weeks on No Obstacles, we’re now moving on with the MINDFUL acronym to D, or Daily Integration.
So far you’ve planned some meditation (M), informal practice (I) and you’ve hopefully got no obstacles standing in your way (N) for those… but what about the other 23 hours and 40 minutes of the day?!
Yes you’ll be sleeping for some it, but that still leaves a good chunk of time when you want to be mindful, but likely find it hard.
That’s what daily integration is about.
