I know it was massive for me when I realised that I could train my brain to focus on one thing at a time AND that I could make this a way of life all day, every day.

Today we’re looking at the second principle of SOAR, which builds on our first principle from yesterday. If you don’t know this principle already, it’s another big “ah-ha” moment for you!

And I’m sharing my 60-second technique to help you switch-off at the end of the day; my clients love this one and I can’t wait to hear how you find it.
