Today is a podcast of two halves.

Today we talk about one final piece of the puzzle to switch off and relax - the thing that keeps you working EVEN when you know you shouldn’t, and how to deal with it.

If I had to share just one lesson, it would that you can CHANGE, that it is possible to train your brain to think differently.

10 years ago, I was someone who thought “meditation wasn’t for me” and hated how restless it made me feel.

Last weekend, I spent 48 hours at a silent retreat. And I enjoyed it 🤯

Honestly, if I can change, you can 🥰
