Today we’re talking about what’s at the root of most of our procrastination; not being able to deal with discomfort.
Psychologists say procrastinators “focus on short term gain, for long term pain”. So if we can learn to be ok with short term pain, we can more easily do those tasks that we tend to avoid! I share several strategies today on how you can do that.
