Hi lovely people,

Welcome to the first episode of MOMENTUM!

You chose your job for a reason - at some point, it sounded like something you’d enjoy.

But somewhere along the way, stress comes along, and we stop enjoying it.

(And I say “we” because that includes me too - I have days where I love my job as a lecturer, and days when I am stressed to the eyeballs!)

So today we talk about

  • Something you might be doing when work is stressful that STOPS you enjoying it (and full disclaimer, I do this sometimes too)

  • How mindfulness helps with this

  • Two key strategies to practise mindfulness, so you can enjoy more of work, even when it’s stressful

    • Including why mindfulness and meditation might not have worked for you in the past, and what to do differently.
