Welcome to month 2 of MOMENTUM, where we’ll be talking about “releasing perfectionism and feeling good enough”. Something I think a lot of us can relate to!

There’s a huge amount I want to say about this, including busting some beliefs on what perfectionism actually is, and why it’s ok to NOT be a perfectionist, but I’ll let the podcast do the talking.
