So I went to record the first episode of MOMENTUM month 3 on procrastination and realised we were still in September!
So rather than starting a new theme, I’ve popped in a bonus one-off episode on meditation.
Questions which might seem obvious (I don’t know if they seem obvious to you, they weren’t to me! Let me know) but which are important to understand.
Once I understood these, it made a big difference to how I meditated.

When should I do it?
And what is mindfulness - because you can’t really understand one without the other.
