Can you believe it’s December?!
I LOVE Christmas! But if you’re anything like me, at times, it can get a bit… overwhelming.
There’s just so much pressure to enjoy everything and make it special. So even though it’s all stuff you want to enjoy, ironically you don’t 😅
It makes Christmas a perfect time to practise mindfulness - because how often is the stress at this time of year about something that isn’t actually happening in the present moment? It’s about things in the past or future, or about wishing the present moment was different.
So this month I’ve made MOMENTUM a mini-course “When you love Christmas but the pressure is real”.
Techniques you can apply to any special season (not just Christmas!) when you feel pressure to enjoy it. Pressure that sucks some of the fun out of it.
I’ll share five key principles for enjoying more of Christmas, while keeping standards high.
