Hi lovely people!

Week 3 of “Releasing perfectionism and feeling good enough”.

If you’re a perfectionist

  • You don’t feel good enough until something is perfect (/at a pre-determined high standard)

  • You think reaching that pre-determined high standard is the only way to feel good.

So, if you want to release your perfectionism, you need to learn to feel ok even when something isn’t perfect (/at your pre-determined high level).

And that’s what we’re talking about today.

Three techniques to manage the feelings you get when logically you know you’ve done enough, but your brain is screaming at you to do more, including

  • A mini-meditation you can use in the moment to manage that icky feeling at not doing more

  • A technique you can use in advance, to make those mini-meditations more effective in the moment

  • How to “push through” the discomfort, even when it’s hard.
